My review: 5+

So happy with Arty Too.

New friends (ASL representation), new adventures. The author always gives us such wholesome and warm hugs with this project full of emotions, expressions, friendship, and bravery. It's fun and interactive, for the author leaves space for tiny authors and artists to express themselves and predict the story, being part of the story with writing or an illustration. At the end, there is information about a hermit crab (the new friend who has no ears and feels all the vibrations) and how they grow from shell to shell. We can even learn some simple sign language, very well described and illustrated by the author. P.S. I want to go to Cod Con next year too. Humor, valuable lessons, and many pages where we know will be safe among friends, to smile. I also want to point out that the author includes sad moments and trauma so we know where these characters come from, but balances it well with the right answer from true friends.

Now come here, I'll hug you too.

Support the author, get a copy. I grabbed one from B&N pre-order after reading the digital file.

To celebrate this release, I'll be doing a vial miniature inspired by the characters.

Thank you so much!!! This brought tears to my eyes. As an author illustrator, especially of graphic novels, you put your heart and soul, and tired hands, into your work. Years in the making. Then, when someone really gets it, it means the world!
