I like these characters a lot, the siblings' relationship. They all have their lives and goals, but they are also always ready to help each other and the house. (One is witchy. One is an author, another chose family.)The house (in this case, two, a teashop and a manor...probably each witchy family has a sentient one). These houses have strong personalities, and one of the sisters is on duty to take care of theirs. We are still referred to a ghost and his unfinished business from book one, but this is about those left behind. We journey with the sisters, their cozy affairs, their doubts, and how they overcome their difficulties.

Just wow. Loved this haunted story a lot. They go there to make a documentary of a lighthouse, but... if you check in, you can't check out. The scenes are so well written and have such vivid imagery. So creepy. A love letter to Stephen King and fans of the Blair Witch Project. It's one of those that you can't go wrong with the format, audio, or book makes a great haunting read.

The Underachiever's Guide to Love and Saving the World is a manual on roasting ahahah

Had a lot of fun with this one. Two are trying to be the least chosen one in history as possible. To leave the strange world, they would have to do good deeds and be heroes, but until then, they are constantly bickering at each other (because they love each other but don't want to admit it). It's hilarious and we can relate to their laziness ahahah.

Goes well next to those LitRPG humor books that are trendy again. Fun.

All That We See or Seem has two interesting , great characters

The race to find the missing dream artist turns into a great chess game between two clever characters. The hacker who knows all the tricks to stay off the grid and the prince who is quite dangerous. I love the conspiracy theories that enrich this plot, including that kids are always surrounded by dinosaurs, so we as humans get used to the idea that Jurassic Park is real. They will return. Eheh. These small things make us keep going to see what the next theory the characters face. Having Pierce follow Julia searching makes the duo fun because he has no clue how to find his wife, and Julie is super smart. Mystery with a lot of sci-fi, AI, and futuristic tech elements.
